42.5% of our top managers are women

​As a Group that is committed to gender equality, URW pursues a target that at least 40% of our senior leadership positions must be held by women.

Today, 42.5% of our top managers are women (up from 25% in 2016). What’s more, women currently make up around 53% of the entire company. Women also represented 57% of the new senior leaders who were promoted or hired in 2023.

Accelerating gender equality and the advancement of women throughout our organisation remains a key priority for us.
